Cancellation Policy – Claws and Pause

At Claws and Pause, we understand that life happens and schedules can change. To ensure fairness for all our clients and to respect the time of our team, we kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% service charge.

• However, if you are able to reschedule your appointment at the time of cancellation, no cancellation fee will be applied.
